Informative clause on data processing in accordance with article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.


The interested party is informed that their personal data will be processed by the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia, CIF Q8050004D, located at Avenida de la Fama, nº 3 de Murcia, C.P. 30003, as the Data Controller, whose purpose is to attend to and manage the service requested by the interested party.


This processing is legitimised by the consent of the data subject, the data subject having the right to withdraw the consent given without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to manage the corresponding service.
